Snitch the tom cat, Pennard

Snitch has been missing from Pennard Drive, Pennard for four weeks. He may be shut in someone’s garage or shed by accident. Please let me know if you find him.

Update 10/01/17

Great news. He is back.

I had a phone call lunchtime from a lady living about a mile from me to say my cat was in her barn.
She had been to the charity shop in the village this morning. The one that is raising funds for our local library. She saw his poster I had put there and recognised it as the same cat that had been sleeping in her barn for the last few weeks. She had been feeding him so he is reasonably fit.
I’m amazed and very pleased. I had almost given up hope.
I’ve only now gone into my lap top to start telling people so you are one of the first  to know he is back.
Thank you so very much for putting my advert on your site. I am extremely grateful. It gave me another chance of getting him back.
I hope I won’t have to trouble you again but it is very good to know your are there if he decides to wander again.

Found: White and Black male sheepdog/husky in Oxwich

Male dog found at Oxwich Bay Hotel.

White and Black sheepdog/husky type. Tartan collar. Waiting pick up from kennels at Killay.

We found him today, roaming around the Oxwich Bay Hotel grounds. It was a male, very friendly, no tag and no chip either we were told.  He was following cars and we were worried for him. But obviously being a hotel we couldn’t cater for his needs.

Please contact sarann_williams_1@msn.com or phone the hotel phone as there were a few members of staff who helped: 01792 390329.

Shadow the Border Collie

Our lovely 9 year old border collie Shadow has been missing since around 4.00pm yesterday.

He was last seen in our garden at The Haven, Horton, Gower after Rebecca our daughter had taken him for a walk.

ShadowHe is predominantly black with a marl/speckled chest and collar, one marl/speckled leg and a white tip at the end of his tail.He has just been clipped very short but usually has a longer coat. He is very friendly.

Unfortunately he did not have his collar and tag on which usually is on at all times. (he is chipped)

Shadow is well know in in our village by both residents and regular holiday makers who shout to him when they pass our house. At this time of year he does sometimes follow holiday makers but we always find him very quickly and or he always returns within around an hour if we can’t find him.

If you have information which may help us find Shadow we would be very grateful. We can be contacted on our mobiles today.
Thank you very much.

Toby the frightened rescue dog

Toby, a timid dog who had recently been rescued, ran away from his garden in Rhossili in October, when a door  blew shut in the wind and frightened him. He spent a few nights outside in terrible storms before being spotted and caught by his owners.

Toby is now safely back at home, albeit slightly thinner.  The owners wish to thank everyone who helped search for Toby or spread the word about his disappearance.
